It was a quick weekend... but an awesome one.
Even though we woke up to snow on Friday, I did not let it ruin my mood.
I got my free glasses from firmoo.
I had a lunch date with Miss Dana and Baby Jacob!
Cold weather accessories for the weekend.
Scarf: Forever 21 | Gloves: Target
Bubbs got a new cuddle bear. On Friday his name was Subway. He woke up on Saturday and realized he got the name wrong the first time and the bear is now named Frank.
Saturday look... leopard and lip.
I stopped by Old Navy and the colored Rock Star Jeans were on sale for $8.99! If you haven't tried colored denim, now is the time... especially when they're on super sale.
Saturday night my husband, sisters and friends got together to throw me a surprise Whirly Ball party! If you've never played Whirly Ball, you have to try it. It's a combination lacrosse, basketball and bumper cars. And with my family and group of friends it gets very competitive.
~My amazing husband, Nate and I.
~With most of my girls... some of them were on the court playing.
~Sissy and I in matching stripes.
~Me in my bumper car ready to whoop some Whirly Ball ass. I'm gonna toot my own horn and let you all know that I'm pretty good. I'll confess that I might be a bit of a ball hog, but still... pretty good.
~Another cake... another set of wishes!
~My friend Nikki and I in our cars.
~My very best friend Rochelle. She had a back injury so she was out of commission, but the girl is as competitive as I am.
~Me happy as a damn clam.
~Me and my sisters.
Sunday I woke up a little sore and a lot bruised from the cars. So I stayed in bed all day with my magazines and my shows.
This weekend really was amazing and I was shocked that Nate threw a surprise party for me. I've already had two lovely and very special birthday parties so this made my heart overflow with love.
I've said before that I was going to do whatever I could to make 2013 a great year for me. Little did I know that my husband, family and friends would do so much to help make that happen.
I hope everyone had a lovely weekend!
I'm linking up with Sami and Leeann.
